The Anvil Pub & Grille, located in a restored 19th century blacksmith shop in Cedar Creek Settlement, offers casual dining in a charming rustic atmosphere.
The Union House Cedarburg is the newest restaurant and bar in the downtown Cedarburg district. A quick walk from the Inn, they offer hand-crafted cocktails, delicious sharable plates all with a city vibe atmosphere. Look for the historic Blatz Beer sign.
The Farmstead Restaurant, nestled in an old fieldstone farmhouse, decorated with antiques and century-old farm implements, is a favorite with locals and known for its Angus steaks.
The Brandywine restaurant, named after an heirloom tomato, is a family-owned and operated gem in downtown Cedarburg that specializes in signature Wisconsin dishes.
The Lime Cantina, a newcomer to the Cedarburg food scene, serves up authentic Mexican food in a fun, casual atmosphere with live music on select nights.
If small-plate dining with high-end American Craft beers and a fine international wine list is more to your taste, be sure to pop in to The Stilt House where they’ll welcome you with a smile.
Also throughout the downtown area you’ll find a variety of great pub food, Asian cuisine, pizza restaurants, local hamburger joints, and many charming coffee cafés.
Beer,Wine & Spirits
A good option for a cold one is The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room on Highway 60. It’s only a five-minute drive and they have an interesting selection of Wisconsin beers that change frequently. Games fanatics should check out the big cupboard in the corner and order a couple of flights.
If you don’t get enough of Cedar Creek Winery during our evening social hour, you can visit their winery for wine tasting, located in the Cedar Creek Settlement.
Cedarburg, WI is also home to a few distilleries including Händen Distillery, and The Shinery if you’re looking for something more than beer and wine.
