Summer Sounds at Cedar Creek Park

Groove and jive to some melodious tunes and see a fantastic lineup of bands for free in a beautiful outdoor venue. Be sure to pack a blanket or lawn chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the sounds of summer at Summer Sounds, Cedarburg’s premier music festival – just a short stroll from the Inn.
First Thursdays
Every first Thursday of the month, May – August
Just a hop, skip, and a jump away, the heart of downtown Cedarburg comes alive every first Thursday of the summer months with Cedarburg After 5. As the sun sets, the town buzzes with live music, evening shopping, and special events like a night market and beer garden. It’s the perfect way to soak up some local culture and enjoy our vibrant downtown.
OZ Night Market
Every First Thursday, May – August
A special celebration of everything that makes our town unique, come out on First Thursdays to enjoy scrumptious delights from local vendors, explore handmade goods from area artisans, and see fine art made by skilled members of the community. Watch the last rays of the setting sun disappear as the whole market comes alive with sparkling lights and the heavens’ lights slowly twinkle into existence.
Plein Air Festival
Annually, First week of June
Plein Air means “open air,” and this popular style of painting first came into prominence in 19th-century France. It involves painting outside and allowing the changing light over the hours to affect the painting itself, resulting in a vibrant and unique work of art that reflects the daylight hours it was painted in. Cedarburg’s festival is one of the largest of its kind in the Midwest, an amazing event that we highly recommend checking out!
Strawberry Fest
Annually, Late June
Celebrate all things strawberry and sample delectable delights made with this versatile fruit. Everything from strawberry desserts to wine and other creative foodstuffs is prepared by talented local chefs, bakers, and brewers. It’s one of the most delicious ways to experience the Cedarburg culture. 4th of July Parade and Fireworks
Annually, July 4th
Grab your flag and wish a happy birthday to America this July 4th. Cedarburg’s annual Independence Day festival begins with a patriotic parade that passes right in front of our Cedarburg inn – we even put chairs out on the sidewalk for our guests. After the big parade, head over to Cedar Creek Park for an all-day picnic with live music which is capped off with a grand fireworks display that lights up the night sky.
Wine & Harvest Festival

Calling all wine and food lovers! The annual Wine and Harvest Festival is dedicated to the timeless libation and features themed crafts from local artisans, local wines, and cuisine prepared to complement it.
