One of the best times to visit our beautiful city is during the yearly Winter Festival. Escape for a Wisconsin winter getaway in Cedarburg and make wonderful memories in the falling snow.
What You Can Look Forward To
This year’s festival features a whimsical Dr. Suess theme with a fun atmosphere and plenty of activities for all ages, including an ice carving contest, camel rides, a petting zoo, and the festival’s famous “costumed bed-races on ice”!
Fun For the Grown-Ups
Saturday night is set aside as an adults-only event, “Cool Brew Suessville” for a great time without the kids. Golf lovers should be sure to check out the 34th annual Lion’s Iceberg Golf Open, a lovely time on the green hosted by the local chapter of the Lion’s Club.
Warm Up With Food and Wine
Shop ’til you drop at the Shops at Cedar Creek Settlement and enjoy some hot mulled wine at Cedar Creek Winery, especially lovely for warming up after being out in the cold. Another great way to beat the freeze is with some piping hot chili at the chili contests featuring two separate events for both home chefs and restaurant owners.
A wide variety of outdoor activities and things to do are happening every day at the festival and there’s plenty of time to see it all!
